Bainbridge Marine Makes Business Easier

Since the acquisition of the assets and goodwill of Aquamarine Manufacturing Ltd in 2004 by Bainbridge International, and the subsequent formation of Aqua-Marine International Ltd, Bainbridge International has used the trading name Bainbridge Marine to promote and sell the products of both companies. This has allowed seamless operation with regard customer supply and logistics but administration was still carried out as two companies.
So that further improvements can be gained with regard to the quality and efficiencies of Bainbridge's administrative operation they have taken the decision to merge Aqua-Marine International Ltd with Bainbridge International Ltd.
The result of this merger will be simplified transactions for customers and suppliers alike, a reduction in the level of account administration which, in turn, will result in reduced operating costs. It is intended that these savings will be re-invested, providing enhancements to Bainbridge's current e-commerce activities. This is projected to make it even easier for their customers to trade with.
All existing terms and conditions remain unchanged and Bainbridge Marine, a strong brand in itself, remains the trading entity and the supplier of choice for many. Bainbridge continues its expansion with the introduction of Ritchie Compasses, Holmatro Sheet Winches and HMG hatches into its range of products. The merger is effective from 1st January 2011.
